RE-ENERGIZE! YOUR WORK, YOUR LIFE
With Dr. Elaine Dembe, Morning Keynote
“Stress is like the tension on a violin string. You need enough tension so you can make music, but not so much that it snaps.” If you are like most women business owners, there’s always too much to do and too little time to do it.
But stress is a natural part of living, what makes it positive or negative is your reaction or interpretation. In this informative and inspiring keynote, Dr. Elaine Dembe shares ten key characteristics of people who are resilient and can process whatever challenges or obstacles are in their path.
Dr Elaine Dembe is a chiropractor in private practice for 32 years, a media celebrity, speaker and the author of two best selling books – Passionate Longevity: The Ten Secrets to Growing Younger and Use the Good Dishes: Finding Joy in Everyday Life. A former Canadian-ranked marathon runner with 17 marathons to her credit, she is now an enthusiastic adventure hiker who recently reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to celebrate her 60th birthday. |
